Full-Time Retail Banker/CSR | Russellville, AL

Perform accurate and efficient routine transactions for bank customers including- cashing checks, accepting deposits and withdrawals, and processing loan payments. Aid customers by providing features and benefits of product lines. Additional responsibilities include balancing each day’s transactions and verification of cash totals. Maintain proper cash levels and keep cash secure at all times.

Assist customers with routine account-related requests such as: funds transfers, stop payments, inquiries about bank deposit products, etc. Research and resolve customer issues. Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs in accordance with the bank’s program standards.

Support customers in the new account, account modification process including: new account setup, account revisions, digital banking assistance, account and debit card inquiries.

This position is a Full-Time Retail Banker position in Russellville, Alabama. Position could require floating to other branches as needed. Applicant must be able to work full-time.
