What is SpiritPay?

SpiritPay is Community Spirit Bank’s ‘person to person’ (P2P) payment system. Now debit cardholders can pay anyone, anywhere via smartphone or computer. Cardholders can quickly and easily transfer money directly from their accounts to anyone (e.g. children in school, babysitter, lawn mowing service, etc.) by using their debit cards.

How do I get started with SpiritPay?

SpiritPay is automatically available when you log-in to internet banking or your mobile app.

Internet Banking: Once logged in, select the “Accounts” tab, from the dropdown menu choose, “Spirit Pay”. Complete recipient fields as prompted.

Mobile App: Once logged in, select “More” in the lower right corner of the home screen, from the menu choose, “Spirit Pay”. Complete recipient fields as prompted.

SpiritPay Step-by-Step

Sender’s Simple Steps: Open app – “Send Money” -> Enter/select Receiver’s email or mobile number & amount -> Confirm details -> Sent.

Receiver’s simple Steps: Click link in text or email -> Enter name & debit card or bank account details for immediate transfer of funds -> Done

Please note that receiver’s that are not Community Spirit Bank customers will need to enter their bank account details instead of debit card information to receive funds.
